- Items must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition
- The items of receipt is returned within 30 days otherwise we will not refund or exchange past that period
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own returns shipping
Faulty items must be reported to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will need video and photo evidence of the faulty item to dispute with the carrier. If the item has been confirmed by our team to be 'faulty', we will issue a full refund or exchange of the same.
